Description

The principal features of the work include: 1) remove and replace existing station-service distribution panelboards DSA and BSA; 2) remove and replace existing unit control switchboard CSA and CSB; 3) remove existing control switchboard CSE; 4) install cable and conductors between new equipment and existing equipment; and 5) modify structural components of panelboards DSA and BSA, and switchboards CSA and CSB as required. The work is to be completed by November 1, 2003. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available on or around March 21, 2003 and bids are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 on or around Close of Business April 22, 2003. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This is a Full and Open IFB. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3613. The North American Industry Classification System code is 335313. To receive a copy of the IFB, fax a request to the Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Andy Fox at (406) 247-7798. The fax must include the contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, federal tax identification and Dun and Bradstreet numbers.
