- All Apartment shall include at a minimun in their Corporate package: Furniture package inlcudes sofa, chair, coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 25" TV, breakfast table with 4 chairs, and (per bed-room) queen size bed, dresser with mirror, nighstand, and 1 lamp. Bathroom (per unit)Bath towels 2, Hand towels 2, Face cloths 2, Bath mat shower curtain, shower curtain liner, and shower curtain hook set. Bedroom (each): Bed spread, Blanket, Mattress pad, Fitted sheets, Flat sheets, Pillow cases, 2 and Pillows, 2 Kitchen: Microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal coffee maker, toaster, cookware set, cooking utensil set Dinnerware 4 place setting, Flatware 4 place setting, kitchen towels, one hot mitt Utility: Clock radio, Telephone 2, Clothes iron, Vacuum cleaner *Utilities Included in monthly rent are basic telephone line, extended cable TV, electric, water, trash, and sewer. NOTE: Basic telephones service can be priced seperately.
