Description

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) will hold a pre-solicitation conference on March 12, 2003, 9:30 AM to 1:00PM to elicit comments/recommendations from potential offerors concerning the acquisition of services in two(2) separate areas: 1) Western District of Texas (Austin, San Antonio, Waco; Del Rio; and El Paso) and 2) Southern District of Texas (Corpus Christi; Houston; Laredo; and McAllen). The conference will be held at Crowne Plaza Downtown Cullen Center (Conference Room), 1700 Smith Street, Houston, TX 77992, Phone # (713) 739-8800. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded in each District to cover the multi-areas of that District. Facilities will still need to be provided for each location. Solicitation MS-03-Q-0012 for the Western District of Texas will be issued on or about April 15, 2003. The USMS intends to award the contract for a one (1) year base period, and four (4) one year options. The solicitation for the Southern District of Texas will be issued sometime later this year.
