- Description
- The project consists of rerouting and replacing gas and water mains. The current natural gas distribution system will be replaced in its entirety. The current water mains will be reconnected to loop together to eliminate dead ends and water quality problems. Also, a portion of the watermain that is under a building will be rerouted. Plans and specifications for the upgrade are scheduled to be available on about March 17. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is an advance pre-solicitation announcement to determine the extent of interest by HUBZone firms. A synopsis will be made before the invitation for bids is issued.
