Description: This project consists of placing 2 inches of hot bituminous plant mix on the chip seal portion of Forest Road 2240 of the Salem Administrative Site. This project also includes placement and compaction of 4" of crushed aggregate base and placement of 2" of hot biuminous plant mix on an 1,800 square foot unsurfaced area (approximately 51.4' by 35').
