Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F02601-03-Q-0046 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-11. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 334220, small business size standard of 750 employees. IAW 8.0001 only GSA contract holders are eligible for award.(v) This will be awarded as one contract line item (vi) Please quote to provide the supplies as listed: High Speed portable communications system to provide communication capability for a deployed location to include SIPR/NIPR over secure INMARSAT system in accordance with technical specifications (vii) FOB Destination, Delivery 90 days ARO (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; quote shall be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (http://www.arnet.gov/far/loadmainre.html)with their offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (xiii) N/A. (xiv) N/A. (xv) N/A. (xvi) Completed quotes shall be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 18 February 2003, 4 p.m. local time.
