- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67854-03-R-3057 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-11. This is a total small business set-aside the associated NAICS code is 512199. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for a Video Production Module in support of the Tactical Imagery Production System. The following items are required. CLIN 0001, Qty (2) Passive Firewire Switcher with blank plate and mounting bracket, CLIN 0002, Qty (2) 6X6 Matrix Switcher, CLIN 0003, Qty (2) Video Converter, CLIN 0004, Qty (4) DVCAM Recorder/Player, CLIN 0005, Qty (2) Accessory Package for the DSR-1500A includes: (4) Digital input/output boards, (4) analog input/output boards, (2) dual rackmount kits, CLIN 0006, Qty (4) 3 year Depot service pack on the DSR 1500A, CLIN 0007, Qty (4) VHS Recorder, CLIN 0008, Qty (4) Rack Mount Kit for AGW3, CLIN 0009, Qty (2) DVD Recorder/Player with Rack Mount Kit, CLIN 0010, Qty (2) Surge Suppressor with 12 outlets, 6 on back/6 on front, CLIN 0011, Qty (2) Signal Generator with ATG7 and BG7 Modules, CLIN 0012, Qty (2) Transit case: appropriate size dual entry 19? shock mounted rack, features olive drab, removable front and rear lids, lid hangars, Pressure Relief Valve, Slide mount removable casters, storage pouch in lid, stainless steel hardware, hasp-locks, CLIN 0013, installation of all above equipment including cabling per supplied specs. DELIVERY: CLINs 0001 ? 0012 shall be divided evenly and shall be shipped to two separate locations FOB Destination and shipped to/marked for: Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow Warehouse 401 Receiving Attn: 1st Lt Jason M. Kut Project Code F3M Barstow, CA 92311 and Maintenance Center, Attn: Trades ATEP GPETE Project Code F3M, MCLB Bldg 2235 814 Radford Blvd, Albany, GA 31704. DATE OF DELIVERY: Delivery of CLINs 0001 through 0012 shall be delivered at the earlist possible date. If this cannot be met, offerors shall propose the most aggressive delivery date possible.
