Description: NA This is a request for quote (RFQ), for a new Cleaning/Janitorial Service for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, Louisville, KY. Services are to be performed on two (2) floating fleet vessels based from Louisville Repair Station, 2605 Ship pingport Drive, Louisville, KY; but will travel to various locations along the river as specified in the solicitation. Transportation and lodging costs to and from each location will not be provided by the Government. All equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials will be provided by the Government. Site visit can be arranged by calling Becky Zurschmiede or Gene Dowell 502 778-6611. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561720 ($14 million). Award of this procurement will be based upon Best Value to the Government, factors to be considered are past performance, prior experience, price. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for three (3) additional one - year periods. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 19 February 2003 and a due date of 12 March 2003 at 4:30 PM local time.
