Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to stabilize retaining wall at U.S. Coast Guard Station Wrightsville Beach, NC. Major items of work include: Excavate at two sinkhole locations. Fabricate and install a steel repair plate to outside face of existing concrete retaining wall and pressure grout undermined areas of wall. Backfill at two excavated locations with gravel fill material. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, project specifications, and project permits-Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 3 and North Carolina General Water Quality Certification GC3376. Period of Performance is estimated to be 45 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238990 (formerly SIC Code 1629). Estimated range of the project is less than $25,000; therefore pursuant to FAR 52.219-20, Notice of Emerging Small Business Set-Aside, offers or quotations under this acquisition are solicited from Emerging Small Business concerns only. A due date for quotes has not yet been established. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet in approximately three to five days by accessing the government-wide Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.eps.gov.
