Description

NA The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Five Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for five items that are P/O OA 9054. The items the Government intends to buy in the Base Year are Cylinder Assembly, 25 ea ., NSN: 5895-01-193-74422, P/N: 5035806-3; Valve, Linear, Direct, 6 ea., NSN: 4810-01-299-5920, P/N 5035665-1; Support Antenna, 20 ea., NSN: 5958-01-192-2029, P/N 50335688-1; Pneumatic Component, 20 ea., NSN: 5985-01-126-2477, P/N 5035394-1; and Pump, Hydr aulic Ram, 45 ea., NSN: 4320-01-277-0520, P/N 5035783-1. These items and quantities will be the same for each of the remaining four years of this five year IDIQ type contract. Deliveries will range between 150 days ARO to 210 days ARO. THIS WILL BE A SMA LL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. A CD-ROM for drawings may be requested in writing once the solicitation has been posted to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil) on or about 21 February 2003. Upon accessing this webpage, click in CECOM Busines Opportunities. You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply typing guest for the login ID and Password. This will be a REVERSE AUCTION. Award will be made to the lowe st price submitted under the Reverse Auction procedure. Offerors wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction shall follow the instructions stated in the solicitation, which describes the date, time and how the Reverse Auction will occur. Those wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction will be issued specific Passwords and Logins to be used to access the auction when the Representations and Certifications are submitted to the Contracting Officer at CECOM as outlined in the solicitation. Please be no tified that this procedure will be conducted on the internet with auction bids open for view to all participants. By participating in this program you grant the government the right to disclose your price, however your name will be kept anonymous. See No tes 1 and 26.
