Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DABJ13-03-T-0026 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted. Description: Family Advocacy Program Worldwide Conference, hosted by Fort Carson, Colorado , Army Community Services, to be held in Colorado Springs, CO, during the period of 28 September 2003 through 03 October 2003. Requirement consists of the following line items: Line Item 0001- estimated 160 single rooms for five nights for the period of 28 September 2003 through 03 October 2003; Line Item 0002- three meeting rooms for the period of 29 September 2003 through 03 October 2003, with one meeting room to accommodate 200 people, and two additional breakout meeting rooms to accommodate approximatel y 70 people each; Line Item 0003- audiovisual support for the three rooms, to include microphone, screen, and overhead projectors for each room; Line Item 0004- beverages and light refreshments during the mornings and mid-afternoons for an estimate of 200 people each day for the period of 29 September 2003 through 03 October 2003. The vendor shall include a complete provision of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
