Amendment: The purpose of this amendment to is to: 1.) provide the answers to questions that were submitted by prospective contractors in response to solicitation number BEP-02-24. 1.) Therefore, the questions and answers are hereby provided as follows: QUESTION 1: Are the services being contracted out? ANSWER: Yes, the services being considered under solicitation number BEP-02-24 are currently being contracted out. QUESTION 2: What is the dollar amount of the current contract? ANSWER: The total dollar value of the current contract is: Base Period: $36,449.00 (Actual) Option Period I: $114,088.00 (Actual) Option Period II: $161,075.00 (Actual) Option Period III: $68,711.00 (Actual) Option Period IV: $170,173.00 (Estimate) Total Contract Value: $550,495.00 QUESTION #3: Who is the current contractor? ANSWER: The incumbent that is currently performing the services requested under solicitation number BEP-02-24 is L&T Health and Fitness, Inc. QUESTION 4: Can I receive a copy of the current contract?
