- THIS POSTING IS TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS NOTICE POSTED UNDER REFERENCE NUMBER TO:P-09-02-KS-0019. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,227 rentable square feet yielding 13,241 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Burbank/Studio City, CA. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Space must be located on one floor and the building footprint / floorplate must not exceed a two to one (2:1) ratio. Ground floor space is preferred. LOCATION: The U.S. government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated boundaries within the Burbank/Studio City, California area: NORTH: Victory Boulevard, EAST: Victory Boulevard, SOUTH: Clark Avenue & Addison Street, WEST: Cahuenga Boulevard. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by Fall 2003. four (4) on-site, reserved parking spaces are required with additional spaces available within two blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years with an 8 years firm term with the Government having cancellation privileges after year 8.
