Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order to Northrop Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714, under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-0425 for the purpose of a trade study for the E2-C aircraft to develop aircraft On Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) integration concepts that will precede detailed system design. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the E2-C aircraft and the only known firm that possesses the required technical expertise and technical data required to perform this effort. See numbered note 22.
