The minimum salient characteristics are included in the RFQ, which can be down loaded at (GPE). The RFQ DADA13 -03-T-0030 will be posted on Government Point of Entry (GPE) on or about 6 February 2003 with a closing date of 28 February 2003. This RFQ is issued as unrestricted using the procedures of FAR PART 13. The NAIC Code is 339112 with a business size of 500 e mployees. ****
