Description

DESCRIPTION: The 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is proposing a sole source extension in accordance with, FAR 6.302-1, of an existing contract for Military Family Housing, maintenance contract F29650-98-D-0005, on Kirtland AFB. We propose to extend the performance period for one month, 1-30 April 2003, with the possibility of five (5) one-month options, for a total performance period of up to six (6) months, dependant on the finalization of the ongoing Kirtland AFB Housing Privatization effort. There will be NO phase in period. The requirements for this project (Military Family Housing) are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) which can be accessed at the web site www.eps.gov.
