Description

This will be a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for Architect/Engineering (A/E) services in North Carolina for the National Forests in N. C. and the Southern Research Station, USDA, Forest Service. Types of projects may include project design, mapping, construction surveying, landscape plans, GIS services, construction management, dam safety inspections & analysis, technical investigations, and other related services. Estimated cost for base year plus two optional years is a total of $250,000-$500,000. Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255 are being solicited for this project and interested parties LOCATED WITHIN 150 MILES OF ASHEVILLE, NC, may submit those forms to this office by March 5, 2003. They will be evaluated based on professional qualifications, experience and competence,location, capacity to perform, past performance and availability of computer assisted services. Professional qualifications and experience and competence are of equal importance and are the most important factors. Location, capacity to perform and past performance are of equal importance. Availability of computer-assisted services is the least important factor.
