Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Gans and Pugh Associates, Inc., 690 Center Street, Herndon, VA 20170 for the following specific equipment: 1)Datong Model DF12, RF Tracking and GPS Location system, 2)Datong external dart voltage regulator, 3) Datong extra alpha-dart beacon w/GPS, 4)Datong T501 100MW Credit Card beacon, 5)Datong Multipurpose Antenna, 6)Datong Programming Board/ PC software for configuring Dart Degaults, 7) Datong Extended Battery Case for Dart Beacon, 8) Shipping and Handling to Alexandria, VA. A written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All qualified, responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. All quotes submitted MUST be sent via fax to Patrick Woods at (202) 231-2831. No other forms of submission will be accepted. The deadline for submission of quotations is 06 February by 2:00 PM EST.
