- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to Contract N00019-01-C-0045 with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), 100 CTC Drive, Johnstown, PA 15904 on an other than full and open competitive basis in order to provide continued development, design, engineering, and integration efforts and testing of the Navy?s Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) Carriage, Stream, Tow, Recovery System (CSTRS) through Government Fiscal Year 2004 in support of the MH-60S helicopter. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CTC is the sole developer of CSTRS and therefore the only source with the prerequisite knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to continue the development of the system. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
