Description

NA NSN: 6605-01-422-0715; PN 12967900. The item being procured is in support of the M109A6 Self Propelled Howitzer (Paladin). Technical data is proprietary source control and is currently not available for competition, although firms that recognize and can produce the item are encouraged to identify themselves to the contract specialist/contracting office and indicate size status (i.e. large, small, small disadvantaged or 8(a).) Estimated issue date of solicitation is 19FEB03. The solicitation will be issu ed electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hard copies will not be provided. Interested vendors may download a copy on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet at http://www-ac ala1.ria.army.mil/ACALA/AAIS/AAIS.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is theref ore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
