Description

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order for aerial demonstration at the 2003 Luke Days Air Show to Commemorative Air Force/Tora Tora Tora; 9600 Wright Dr.; Midland, Texas; 79711. The aerial performance will take place at the Luke AFB Air Show, 15 and 16 March 2003. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
