- SOURCES SOUGHT - The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV is seeking commercial sources interested in providing the following Non-Personal Services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada for the Nellis Air Force Base Aviation Nation 2003 Air Show (15 & 16 Nov 03), contractor(s) will be required to provide the following requirements: AIRCRAFT Static displays/flying demos that are from all of the eras (WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam and Present), barnstormers and racers. Aircraft will be required to arrive no later than close of business on 13 Nov 03, 14 Nov 03 will be a practice day for the flyers and final set up for the ramp. Please provide information on the type of aircraft, what the flying demo consists of, how much and what type of exact fuel and oil requirements will be. Please provide room/car/support/media requirements, limits will apply to support crews. BUSES - Coach buses (no smaller than 40 pax buses) with drivers and ground supervision to work with the Transportation Squadron. Expected hours of operation will be no later than 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. (times are subject to change). PORTA JOHNS - 300 standard porta johns and 50 handicap porta johns. Porta johns will be required to be serviced every morning and every evening with an emergency standby services. NOVELTIES SOURVENIERS - Contractor(s) must provide novelty items regarding aviation (model planes, t-shirts with aircraft or patriotic item are some examples). Please provide the type of novelties that will provided and the cost (fee with no percentage or a reduced fee with a percentage of the profits). FUEL/OIL - AVGAS 100LL Low Lead Fuel to include manpower and equipment to provide and pump fuel. Other types of fuels may be required. PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM - System must be heard a mile out on both directions to cover the flightline. Remote receivers and speakers are acceptable. System must be self contained and a backup system with personnel to troubleshoot. TRAM/TROLLEY SHUTTLE SYSTEM - (similar to adventure parks)- Tram/trolley shuttle must be open air and drivers must be provided. ANNOUNCERS - Experienced Air Show announcer for all type of widest aerial experience to include air racing, not necessary to have experience in both areas. PROMOTIONAL/PUBLICITY MATERIALS, JUMBOTRON OR LARGE ELECTRONIC SIGNS, SIGN MAKING COMPANIES - Sponsorship banner to go over hangar door entries. Please provide sizes and capabilities. AMBULATORY SERVICES - Provide 2 Advanced Life Support Units with crews (ALS), 1 Intermediate Life Support Unit with crew and 1 Advanced Life Support Supervisor/ Rapid Response Unit for 15 -16 Nov 03. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711320. The dollar threshold for a small business under this NAICS codes is one that is equal to or less than $6 million dollars annually based on the offerors average annual gross revenue for the previous three fiscal years. The solicitation(s) for this requirement is due for release on or about 1 Sep 03 for award on or about 1 Nov 03.
