- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The USCG Engineering Logistics Center intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the repair of electronic equipment and modules in accordance with ELC Specification Number R-400-0299 (G). This agreement should support the repair of the components for the AN/URC-116(V) 900 SC/R (GSB900DXCDIE), but not limited exclusively to this system. Repairs may include complete assemblies, equipment subassemblies, circuit card assemblies, power supplies, modules and other electronic components. Contractor will be requested to provide a price for open/inspect/report. Upon completion of inspection, contractor shall provide a detailed report identifying the parts and the costs associated with repairing the item, i.e. labor hours and parts. Inspection costs and labor rates (loaded) will be established in the resulting BPA. Interested parties should utilize the Register to Receive Notification function at the government-wide FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov under solicitation number DTCG40-03-Q-20244. THE DUE DATE FOR OFFERS WILL BE ESTABLISHED UPON ISSUANCE OF THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted in FedBizOpps, www.eps.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT) offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DOTs Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000.00. DOTs Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000.00 with interest at the prime rate.
