Description

Service contract for all fees, labor, packing, removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous items from DRMO Great Lakes and surrounding locations. SP4400-03-R-0006 will be issued on or around 25 FEB 2003 on the World Wide Web. The website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is 27 MAR 2003. This solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity/Delivery (IDIQ) for a period of 18-month base period and two (2) 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contracts and subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinance, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous wastes materials and environmental protection. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of past performance and price. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns.
