- Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA. 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with WESTEK MARKETING. under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This request is considered to be sole source to WESTEK MARKETING; therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. All price quotations shall be submitted to Jennifer Stewart, no later than 9:00 A.M., PST, February 06, 2003. All interested parties may request a copy of requirements by contacting Jennifer Stewart via email. Price quotations may be sent via either facsimile to (360) 415-5616 or by email to jennifers@itsfed.com. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored. Numbered Note 22 applies. Item Stancil Digital Recording System configured with 48 analog recording channel inputs. Includes 80GB hard drive which will maintain over 7,700 channel hours of on-line recordings for immediate playback without the need of exchanging media, 9.4GB DVD-RAM optical archive drive which will store over 750 channel hours of recordings per disk. 850GHz Intel Pentium III processor, all hardware and software necessary for a complete operational system. Recorder server housed in mini-tower chassis which can be expanded up to 48 channels in existing chassis. Qty: 01 each Multichannel playback option. Allows playback from server of any number of recorded channels simultaneously in real time, with dead air inserted. Includes talking date/time stamp and user friendly, active graphic display of audio and dead air relative to time sequences. Talking date/time stamp can be turned on/off by user. Qty: 01 each Remote client single seat license. Allows full search and playback of any number of channels of recorded audio from a remote PC via LAN connection. Includes full graphic user interface. PC must be running Windows 98, NT, 2000 or XP. Qty: 01 each Instant recall player single seat license. Allows monitoring of recorder alarm or error conditions from a remote PC. Can be programmed to give any combination of notifications including screen pops, audible notifications, emails, phone calls or pages. Package is also designed and equipped to perform these same functions for up to 19 other unrelated computer based systems. Package also maintains a log of all events. Qty: 01 each Installation & training. Includes all labor and materials and miscellaneous expenses necessary to accomplish a complete turn-key system installation. Proposed installation pricing assumes all audio, LAN and power cables will be run to general area of proposed recorder server prior to system installation. Multiple sessions of on-site operator and technical training are also included. Qty: 01 each
