- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, programming, testing and certification necessary to perform all of the required work to Renovate the Medical Gas System, Phase 2, at the Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC, in strict accordance with plans and specifications. QUALIFICATIONS: In accordance with NFPA 99 the installer of this system must be certified. All work shall be performed at the Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs, Charleston, SC and shall be performed pursuant to all local, state and federal regulations. Pre-bid site visits may be scheduled by contracting Mr. William M. Schram, Engineer, 843-789-7376. DO NOT CONTACT THE CONTRACTING OFFICER TO ARRANGE SITE VISITS. Cost range is between $100,000 to $250,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 235110 with a size standard of $12 million. The solicitation and drawings will be ready for download o/a February 20, 2003. Solicitation and drawings must be downloaded from the website listed in this announcement. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDED.
