Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform operations and maintenance services at the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 517 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Contract base period is 36 months, with two 1-year options. The solicitation will be posted on or about March 3, 2003, at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
