Description: NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being reques ted and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation DAHA32-03-T-0001 is to rent (11) eleven two bedroom furnished Apartment Units and (6) six one bedroom furnished Apartment Units for approximately (1) year for 28 members of the North Dakota National Guard. ALL APARTMENTS MUST BE LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA 58102. Apartments shall include: off street parking with plug-ins for each occupant, furniture, utilities inclu ding electric, water, gas, cable TV, telephone (no long distance) and house wares for cooking and eating. Offerors shall include a listing of additional items provided, i.e. appliances, washer, dryer, house wares, linen, bedding, towels, pool, exercise fa cilities, etc. Lease terms shall include a provision that the Government may terminate the lease at any time with a 15-calendar day written notice. Final payment shall be prorated upon receipt of the written notice. No security deposit shall be required . Offers will be evaluated based on price, location, condition of unit, and amenities/services provided. Item 1: Fully Furnished One Bedroom Apartment Monthly Cost $_________ Item2: Fully Furnished Two Bedroom Apartment Monthly Cost $_________ Award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government with price and technical factors considered. The Government reserves the right to make Multiple Awards if it is in the best interest of the Government. Date of occupancy will be 1 March 2003. Places of occupancy to be determined. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-11. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998). The cla use at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 1998) applies to this acquisition.
