To all potential contractors, the following changes are now in effect. The North American Industry Classification System assigned to this acquisition is 234110. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package shall be available for downloading and viewing at Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov on or about 06 Feb 03. The new point of contact for this solicitation is Lt. James Lyden. Questions related to this project must be submitted in writing to 65 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: Lt. James Lyden, Unit 7775, Bldg.
