An Initial Production Evaluation (IPE) will be required, unless contractor?s repair facility has previously repaired this component for the USAF, and/or met engineering and production qualifications. All tooling and Material are to be contractor furnished. Item Description 1st stage turbine nozzle support: approximately 24 Inches average diameter, Material is AMS 5672 nickel alloy. The repair consists of disassembly, cleaning, inspection and repair all in accordance with the Statement Of Work. The Statement Of Work is Export Controlled. Clause 5352.277-9000 in the Solicitation will be applicable. Note: Statement of Work is not included in the electronic attachments because it is export controlled.
