Description

FCC Victorville intends to award a non-personal Services contract for one Catholic Spritual Guide for the Life Connections Program. The contractor will provide religious instruction based on their own expertise as it relates to core curriculum materials. The contractor will work closely with the Chaplian Program Manager and other program staff to assist in the development of the program and to gauge the progress of individual participants. The Faith Based Release Based Program is a multi faith program, so although the institution will follow the tenants of Catholic doctrine, the contractor may work with participants who follow other faiths. Duties will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution Victorville. The solicitation will be available on or about February 7, 2003 and will be soley distributed through General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies will not be available. This site provides for downloading instution. All future information about acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acqusition. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. The estimate date for receipt of bids is February 24, 2003.
