The parts will be fabricated in accordance with Government design detail drawings that will be provided. The parts shall be tested in accordance with the Government dra wings and a Statement of Work (SOW). No Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided for fabrication or testing of the parts. Packaging and packing shall be IAW the contractor’s best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Bar Code Markings are requ ired IAW AIM BC1 USSC 39 and MIL-STD-129N. The contract type is FIRM FIXED PRICE, which will be, handled IAW Sealed Bid procedures. This acquisition will be UN-RESTRICTED SEALED BID (FULL OPEN COMPETITION).
