Description

This is a modification to change the plan from 30,000 pages per month to 60,000 pages per month in the below solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number CS-I-03-21841-9 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A sole source award is being contemplated for full service maintenance for a CLC 5000 Canon Copier. Maintenance pricing includes all accessories, includes 30,000 pages per month as the volume plan, for a period of one year. The maintenance is for the following site: 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, D.C. 20229. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. The provision at 52.212-2, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Item (Aug 1998), applies to this acquisition. The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation for consideration.
