Description

NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington, on behalf of the US Army Deputy Chief Of Staff For Operations & Plans, intends to negotiate a purchase order, on a sole source basis with the Camber Corporation in Huntsville Alabama. The proposed contract act ion is for Effector Software Licenses and training (Proprietary Software system) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within ten days of the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to thi s notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
