Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number DABJ23-03-T-0039 for the supply and installation of roll-up bay doors is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. RFQ is small business set-aside. SIC is 5085; size standard is 500 employees. Closing date is 7 February 2003, 12:00 p.m. CST. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Alt 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (DEV), 52.209-6, 52.219-6, 52.222-3,52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.225-13,52.252-1, 52.252-2,52.249-1,52.243 Alt1, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001(DEV), 252.204-7004, 52.0000-4203, Use of Tobacco Products on FLW,. Description is as follows: 0001; Supply and Install 14 each Roll-Up Bay Doors, size: 14' x 14' chain hoist with in box roll-up, 24 gauge primed gray steel, flat slat with hood. Buildings have 20' ceilings. All sources should include a competed copy of the provision at 52.212-2 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer.
