Description: NOTICE...Extension of Phase I/ RFQ Evaluations...Due to the unexpected high number of Past Performance/Qualification packages received, issuance of Request for Proposals (initiating Phase II) to qualified offerors participating in phase I, has been delayed until further notice. The deadline for receipt of the Phase I (RFQ) packages has expired (January 10, 2003 at 4:00 pm), therefore no new packages/offers will be accepted. A subsequent notice will be posted upon completion of Phase I letting qualified offerors know when to expect the RFP.
