Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to acquire the following services through full and open competition for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment Field Engineering Office Norfolk, VA: Engineering and technical services in support of the Module Test & Repair Program (MTR). These support services may be ordered to support all facilities, equipment, and systems containing electronic circuit card assemblies, electronic modules, and/or printed circuit boards installed in military shore base facilities, U.S. navy ships, submarines and/or aircraft, U.S. Coast Guard ships and aircraft, U.S. Air Force equipment, U.S. Marine Corps and Marine aviation equipment, U.S. Army equipment, and designated countries with Foreign Military Sales agreements with the United States. This acquisition is a follow-on to Contract N66604-98-D-3139 with Unidyne Corporation of Norfolk, VA. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5-year performance period is anticipated. The total estimated level of effort is 197,000 hours. The following categories/hours are required: Key categories include Logistician II 9,400 hours, Analyst Management II/ 9,400 hours, Manager, Program/Project II/9,400 hours, Technician, Electrical/Electronics IV/9,400 hours, MTR Gold Disk Instructor/ 9,400 hours. Non-Key categories include : Logistician I/18,800 hours, Clerk General II/9,400 hours, Technician Supply/ 9,400 hours, Computer Programmer III/9,400 hours, Technician, Electrical/Electronics II/18,800 hours. Technician Electrical/Electronics III/75,200 hours, Technical Writer/3,000 hours, 2M Electronic Repair Specialist/ 2,000 hours, Drafter I / 2,000 hours, Drafter II/ 2,000 hours. Clearance to the SECRET Level is required. The Government intends to make a single award. The evaluation criteria are Personnel, Past Performance, and Cost. The award decision will be made on the basis of "Best Value." NAICS:541330/ $23 million.. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
