NSN: 5310-01-113-0279, PRON AX360810, Part Number 145D0113-13, Quantity: 143 each, plus 200% options, applicable to the (BK) CH-47, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to The Boein g Co (Vendor Code 77272), McMellon Bros Inc (Vendor Code 05141), Tura Machine Co (Vendor Code 7D072) and Howe Machine & Tool Corp (Vendor Code 65777). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain qualit y of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, o r technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themse lves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 E T SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
