Description

NA The Oregon Air National Guard has an requirement for a service Architect ? Engineer for the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates to construct an addition of approximately 1900 square foot to an existing flight simulator building. Work includes vertical construction, all site work and adding/ upgrade all systems to make a complete and able facility (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc). The general building construction will match the existing flight simulator building. Design criteria shall meet all Air National Guard design policies, procedures and regulations. All phases of design services including planning, technical studies, construction management, specification wr iting, cost estimating, CAD drawing production and transmission, will be required for all engineering disciplines. These engineering disciplines will include: architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and geophysical technicians with seismi c experience. Applicants must have on staff, or demonstrate alliance with the above-mentioned disciplines in the response to this advertisement. Interested firms should mail their SF 255 and SF 254 to the 173rd FW/BCE, 221 Wagner Street, Suite 16, Klamath Falls, Oregon on or before the close of business on February 6, 2003.
