- The 311 HSW/YAPS, Brooks City-Base, TX 78235, intends to issue solicitation F41624-03-R-1100 for ALARM, GAS, AUTOMATIC. National Stock Number (NSN) 6665-01-495-0648, Part Number A-A-59707. Relative NAICS code 334513. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The purpose of the solicitation will be to award a three-year, firm fixed price requirements type contract, to include a (1) one-year base period with Best Estimate Quantity (BEQ) of 55; (2) one-year priced option periods with 30 BEQ for the first year option period and 29 BEQ for the second year option period. Total BEQ 114. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantities on subsequent orders. Predominant Material: electronic components and circuit cards. Size/Dimensions: weighs approximately 40 lbs. and size is approximately 4000 cubic inches. Form, Fit and Function: used to monitor levels of hydrazine present in working environments when servicing, maintaining and overhauling aircraft components & assemblies where exposure to H-70 hydrazine vapors exist. Detector must be able to continuously detect and measure hydrazine vapors ranging from 0-2.0 parts per million (ppm) in 0.01 ppm increments. This is in accordance with Commercial Item Description (CID), A-A-59707, dated 10 Dec 2001, linked to this web cite. Delivery is Warner Robins AFB (FB2065). Inspection and acceptance at source.
