Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to fully complete the Addition to 39 IOS AIAIO Training Facility, Building 90074, and make operational. This project is required to provide additional training and support the existing operations. The project consists primarily of constructing a 4,350 SF single story, preengineered building. The project is to be phased and constructed in such manner as to maintain the existing building fully operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a straddle bid. Funding is expected to be available in the first quarter of FY 03 (Oct / Dec 02). This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov.
