Description: The General Service Administration is soliciting a ten (10) year lease for up to 50,500 rentable square feet of warehouse space including twenty (20) official parking spaces. The rentable square feet must yield between 45,000 to 48,000 BOMA Usable square feet. The requirement also requests that the lessor provide a tenant allowance. The space must be ready for buildout by July 2003 and must be ready for full occupancy be November 2003. The space will house employees and must be fully life saftey compliant and meet all ADA and UFAS accecssibility standards.
