Steel pallet overall length is approximately 45.5 inches by width 35 inches; overall height is approximately 4.75 inches. Pallet issue date is O/A 25 Feb 03 with closing date 10 Apr 03. Award will be based on Best Value criteria identified in the solicitation. Technical Data Package (TDP) is rated Distribution D and will not be available on the internet.
