Description

NA This posting constitutes the US Military Academy notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to the VISHAY MICROMEASUREMENTS, 951 WENDELL BLVD,WENDELL, NC, 27591-9515 for (8) P-3500 Strain Indicators and (10) SB 10 Switch and Balance Units. Award amount is estimated at $25,550.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 334519 and the size standard is 100. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated represe ntative. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days notice in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via email to marybeth.egan@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
