Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price supply contract to One Lambda, Inc., 5516 Nicholson Lane, Kensington, MD 20895 for Human Leucocyte Antigen typing reagents. CLIN 0001. LABType SSO Class II DRB1, Qty. 10,000 each, CLIN 0002. LABType PE Conjugated Streptavidin Lyoph, Qty. 10 vials each for the Naval Medical Research Center, Kensington, MD. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only services meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 24 January 2003.
