- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCADLKE), Lakehurst, NJ E-2T Program intends to place a sole-source contract with Northrop Grumman Systems, Bethpage, New York, to support the Taiwan Air Force?s (TAF) Depot Capabilities. In order to establish and execute depot capabilities and component repair capability the Taiwan Air Force will require additional support equipment. The contractor shall provide the following support equipment and quantities as follows: Electro-Hydraulic Tester p/n: 123SAV59390-1 (qty 1), Adapter p/n: 123SAV58210-3 (qty 1), Adapter Cable W-19 p/n: 128SEAV17676 (qty 1), Hydraulic Motor p/n: 123SCH186-3 (qty 1), Tool Seal Installation p/n: T-1FA1301326 (qty 1), spool/sleeve Extractor p/n: T-1FA1301323 (qty 1), Solenoid Lock Ring Tool p/n: T-1FA1301324 (qty 1), Tool Seal Sizing p/n: T-1FA1301325 (qty 1), Test Program Disk p/n: TPD (EHTS) 58210 (qty 1), Level Elect p/n:GL515D2 (qty 1), Borescope Accessory Set p/n: 123SME50738-1 (qty 2) , MLG & NLG Cradle p/n 128GT10127T3 (qty 1), Connector Repair Tool Set p/n: 123SAV52310-3 (qty 1), Theodolite Assembly p/n: 123SME50742-1 (qty 2), Bearing Tool Set p/n: 123SME50748-1 (qty 1), Stand Instrument Tripod p/n:123SME50393-1 (qty 1). The listed support equipment is peculiar to the E-2T Aircraft which, Northrop Grumman holds all data rights. The Government does not own specifications or drawings for the above list of parts. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. NO solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposals, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
