Description: This project is located at the Kernville Work Center on the Sequoia National Forest. Project Description: To design, construct and install a 5 bedroom building with a permanent foundation. Site work will be required consisting of the demolition of 2 shousing units, 1 garage, 1 carport and the removal of several trees. Estimated contract time: 100 days. The estimated price range of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. When solicitation is issued, it will be posted to Fedbiz and be available for vendor to download.
