Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, uniform, materials, training, and equipment (other than government furnished property, equipment, and services to be identified in solicitation) to administer, operate, and maintain an emergency ambulance se rvice for Fort Dix, NJ. The Ambulance Service shall be provided on a continuous basis, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for the period 01 April 2003 or award date if subsequent thereto to 30 September 2003 and two one-year option periods. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside, and qualified Small Businesses are required to request a solicitation package in writing. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 621910, 4119, $6,000,000. Requests may be mailed to ACA, Fort Dix, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640, or faxed to Claudette R. Lyons at 609-562-3933, or emailed to claudette.lyons@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address, or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number (DABJ15-03-B-0005), your company’s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, if available, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not yet been established, but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
