Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 8000 square feet of rentable space and approximately 5,500 usable square feet of office space available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Office space must be contiguous on one floor and above the ground floor. Space should have some access control into the building. If on-site parking is not available, parking facilities must be available within two blocks of the office. LOCATION: The space must be located in an area within the following delineated area: Beginning at the East intersection of Canal and West Street, proceeding South on West Street to Battery Place, proceed North on Battery Place to State Street, proceeding South on State Street to South Street proceeding North on South Street to Robert F. Wagner Place, proceeding West on Robert Wagner Place to St. James Place, proceeding North on St. James Place to The Bowery, proceeding North on The Bowery to Canal Street, proceed West on Canal Street to West Street. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot. Please submit the above information by January 31, 2003: Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
