Description

The purpose of this contract is to acquire the services of a certified public accountant to audit a select sample of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) commercial special recreation permits (SRP's) to ascertain if the federal government is receiving its share (3% of adjusted gross annual receipts) of permittee's customers payments. The audit would consist of an examination of the outfitter's receipts for services rendered under the SRP, including any discounts and deductions, and a comparison of the fee information submitted by the outfitter. This announcement was previously issued under Solicitation number DLQ20076. All requests received under DLQ020076, will receive the solicitation. You will not be required to resubmit your request under the new solicitation number. Copies of this solicitation may be obtained after January 28, 2003 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov, or by submitting a written request for solicitation to the above address or via fax to (208) 373-3915; include name, address, phone number, and solicitation number.
